Jen Wu-Dipopolo is the VP of Operations and Managing Broker of Frontline Real Estate Services Ltd.
As VP of Operations, Jen plays a vital part in leading and growing Frontline’s support team and in implementing new company systems, technology, and other infrastructure. She oversees all day-to-day operations while looking to the future of how Frontline can be at the forefront of new industry and business trends.
In her role as Managing Broker, Jen facilitates training, education, and counsel for our agents and staff while ensuring the brokerage adheres to the ethics, business standards, and regulatory rules of the real estate industry. This helps protect our clients and agents while maintaining Frontline’s high standards and reputation.
Jen joined Frontline in 2012 and has experience working with all divisions of the company in both sales and support roles. She holds her Managing Broker’s license and has been a licensed Real Estate professional for over a decade.
Jen’s vast industry experience and knowledge, combined with her undeniable work ethic, make her an invaluable resource and asset to Frontline Real Estate Services and its affiliated companies.
