2017 OFFICE RECAP

Demand has increased so significantly that it is hard to draw comparisons between 2016 and 2017. In 2016 there were only two resale office units sold, compared to 7 this past year. In 2017, the area also saw its first new stratified office building break ground, Spire Professional Centre Langley, since the RDG Professional Centre was completed in 2013.
