Client Service Coordinator, Industrial

Louva Cardy is the Client Service Coordinator for the industrial division at Frontline Real Estate Services, working closely with Todd Bohn and Braydon Hobbs. She plays a vital part in delivering excellent service to clients by ensuring timely and accurate documentation while supporting Todd and Braydon with her exceptional organization and communication skills to enable efficient systems and workflows.

Using her attention to detail and research skills, Louva supports the industrial division by executing surveys, proposals and market research initiatives while also preparing offers and compliance documents. This allows Todd and Braydon to spend their time focusing on their clients’ needs while staying up to date on current market conditions and activity, resulting in successful transactions and an excellent customer experience. Louva’s drive, willingness to go above and beyond and her meticulous nature make her an asset to Frontline and an imperative member of the industrial team.

Louva joined Frontline with over 10 years of experience in customer service and administrative support, including 2 years working as a property manager in Metro Vancouver with one of Canada’s most active property management companies. Louva lived in Montreal for 8 years where she studied in Accounting Management before acquiring a bachelor’s degree in Sociology at Concordia University. She also holds her Rental Property Management License from UBC and a Human Resources Certificate of Completion from BCIT.
