As a key member of the development land division since 2016, Megan has been instrumental in the division’s success over the years. Since she joined, the development land division has brokered over $960 million in development land transactions, with $450 million being over just the last few years (2020 thru 2022).
Megan works with land-owners to help them achieve their real estate goals by helping them understand the development potential of their property. This focus has allowed her to facilitate land assemblies and negotiate a wide variety of transactions. In addition to her sales role, Megan oversees the development land division’s operations. She manages all initiatives, from sales to research, and supervises the division’s staff members. Her strong attention to detail, combined with her tenacious nature, assures success for the division and their clients.
Megan completed her Real Estate Trading Services Licensing Course through UBC and has continued her ongoing education through courses facilitated by the Urban Development Institute and the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board. She graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Psychology, after which she pursued her post-baccalaureate diploma in accounting from the University of British Columbia.
Born and raised in the Fraser Valley, Megan has an innate understanding of (and love for) the area, which helps her excel in her career.
