Mercedes Pope is the Client Service Coordinator for the office and retail division at Frontline Real Estate Services, working closely with George Richmond, and Rebecca MacLeod.
Mercedes supports the office and retail division by ensuring timely and accurate documentation and communication between all parties through efficient systems and workflows. This allows the brokers to spend their time focusing on their clients’ needs while staying up to date on current market conditions and activity, resulting in successful transactions and an excellent customer experience. Mercedes’ meticulous and personable nature make her an asset to Frontline and an imperative member of the office and retail division.
Mercedes joined Frontline with a wealth of experience in customer service, sales and leadership roles. Her passion for building genuine connections with people and creating a positive and memorable experience for all have seen her excel in a variety of roles from event planning to hospitality to assisting individuals in creating comprehensive discharge plans at an Ontario detention centre.
Prior to moving to Metro Vancouver, Mercedes lived in Ontario where she attended Western University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science Honors Specialization in Biology. She is currently enrolled in the Real Estate Trading Services Licensing Course offered by UBC Sauder School of Business.
