Trevor Carss is the Marketing Director at Frontline Real Estate Services. He works closely with Frontline’s management team, agents, and Creative Director Ande Kuric to create and execute innovative marketing strategies for the company’s divisions and property listings.

Since joining Frontline in 2021, Trevor has focused on adding new digital technologies and systems to Frontline’s diverse marketing repertoire, providing Frontline’s clients with increased exposure for their properties. Trevor’s objective is to elevate Frontline to be the most innovative commercial real estate brokerage in the Lower Mainland while continuing to provide the excellent service offering that clients have come to expect… and more.

Trevor’s approach to marketing involves a mix of strategy, experimentation, and learning. He believes: to be top-of-mind, a company must think differently from the rest. Trevor’s range of experiences in B2B digital marketing, content strategy, social media, and advertising brings a fresh perspective to the commercial real estate industry. He is a seasoned marketer and has worked in various industries, including logistics, advertising, and consumer packaged goods. His data-centric marketing approach and social media audits have positively impacted marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 brands across the globe.

With a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Simon Fraser University, Trevor continues his lifelong learning via the latest Google/Facebook digital marketing certifications, email marketing courses, and hands-on marketing training. He can often be seen reading the latest business books and articles. In his spare time, Trevor enjoys running, basketball, hockey, and unique creative hobbies, such as writing and illustrating children’s books.
