Our Hiring Process
Frontline Real Estate Service’s hiring process is thorough as we hope it is the beginning of a long-term professional relationship. Our core value of “Better Together” is a commitment to employing the best talent with the fairest and most equitable recruitment and hiring practices.
1. DISC & Skill Assessment
If your resume sparks interest, we will contact you to complete an application, experience scale, and a DISC personality assessment.
2. Interview
Upon receipt, our Hiring Manager will set up an initial phone interview. The goal here is for us to learn a little more about you and for you to ask any questions you may have to see if we are a good fit. If there is alignment, further interviews with key team members will be scheduled.
3. Meet the Team
The third and final stage is an informal "meet the team". This is a great way for you to experience the culture and synergies of our work environment first-hand.
