Justin Mitchell Personal Real Estate Corporation is the Founding Partner and Associate Broker of Frontline Real Estate Services. With over 18 years’ experience in the development industry, including over 15 years as a licensed commercial broker, Justin has extensive experience in selling development land, assembling development sites, selling investment real estate and project marketing. Since the inception of Frontline, he and his colleagues, including Adam Lawrence and Megan Johal, have sold over $2 billion in land and residential units.
Prior to starting Frontline Real Estate Services, Justin was the financial analyst and investment sales broker for the largest private commercial real estate brokerage in the world, during which time he was involved in the underwriting and marketing of $1.2 billion of real estate across all asset classes. Previous experience includes working for real estate project management and development firm MKT, where he worked on an array of large private, institutional and public-private partnership projects.
Justin is a serial entrepreneur in real estate brokerage, property management and private equity. His companies have achieved over $2 billion in sales and have over $1.2 billion in assets under management. Justin also makes impact investments in fair trade farming, low-income housing and public washrooms in West Africa. He has a commerce degree with a major in finance and accounting from the University of Western Ontario. He has also earned the CSC designation from the Canadian Securities Institution, studied Urban Land Economics at UBC, attended the Urban Development Institute School of Development and has obtained the Managing Broker Real Estate license for British Columbia.
