CITY OF SURREY – JULY 10 PUBLIC HEARING

- Location/NCP: Guildford
- Associated Project Summary: 58 Townhouse Units
- Application Summary: The applicant is requesting an amendment to the Official Community Plan (OCP) Figure 3: General Land Use Designation to redesignate the site from Suburban to Urban. The proposal also includes rezoning the site from One-Acre Residential Zone to Comprehensive Development Zone in order to permit the development of 58 townhouse units.

The proposal also includes rezoning the site from Community Commercial Zone (C-8) to Comprehensive Development Zone in order to permit the development of a 37-storey mixed-use tower with a 5-storey podium consisting of 389 dwelling units and ground floor commercial space.
