- Application Summary: The applicant is seeking to rezone the entire subject site from Single Family Residential Zone to Comprehensive Development Zone in order to permit the development of a 6-storey mixed-use building with 1,213 square metres of commercial floor area and a 6-storey residential apartment building, with a total of 204 dwelling units.
