Todd Bohn

Todd’s work ethic is guided by the Small Giant philosophy of choosing to be great instead of big and putting aside ego and the pressure to grow at all costs, in favour of high-quality work, deep local connections, and personal customer service. During his decade-long tenure at Frontline, Todd has grown his career immensely. Starting as a commercial agent specializing in office and retail assets in Surrey and Langley, Todd is now a Partner. As Partner, he focuses on operational aspects of running the business, including human resources and development. His career at Frontline, combined with past experience at another commercial brokerage and as a lender at one of the world’s largest financial institutions, has provided Todd with invaluable experiences as both a commercial real estate agent and a business owner. This helps him relate to his clients, understand their needs, and provide them with insight.

Todd currently resides in Abbotsford with his wife and children. As a long-time resident of the Fraser Valley he has intimate knowledge of the markets in Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford and Chilliwack.
