- Associated Project Summary: 43-unit townhouse development.
- Application Summary: The applicant is requesting to rezone the site from One-Acre Residential Zone to Multiple Residential 30 Zone to permit the development of a 43-unit townhouse development. In addition, the proposal includes a Development Variance Permit to reduce the minimum indoor amenity space required for a 43-unit townhouse development from 74 square metres to 0 square metres and reduce setbacks.

Initial proposal included 1,125 units, additional 16 units requested.
